Kindergarten Pre-Registration

We're planning for September's Kindergarten class . . .

You may register for Kindergarten if you reside in Nobleboro and your child will be at least 5 years old by October 15. Although the school year begins in September, we would like to hear from you during the spring prior to entering Kindergarten.

PLEASE COMPLETE THE ONLINE FORM BELOW. Use the scroll bar to access all questions and "submit" so we will be able to contact you when it is time to come in to school for your child's registration and screening.

Please gather the following items. You will be asked to provide these documents before school begins:

  • Certified copy of your child's birth certificate

  • Immunization record

  • Proof of Residence form: (The school provides this form after you've submitted the form below.)

What to expect:

A screening time will be scheduled before the beginning of school. We will contact you with a date/time after receiving the above form. You and your child will have an opportunity to meet several key people including: our principal, kindergarten teacher, nurse, and guidance counselor. Please bring a certified copy of your child's birth certificate (we'll return the original to you), immunization records, and the completed proof of residence form that you will receive ahead of time in the mail. You can expect to be here for about 45 minutes during your visit.
