First graders learning about the sun and their shadows. In the morning, students traced each other’s shadow. They came back in the afternoon to find that their shadow moved even though they were standing in the same spot!

The 1st and 2nd Grade Multiage Class have begun their Erosion and Earth’s Surface Unit! They had fun learning more about how water moves along the Earth’s surface.




Mrs. Farnsworth’s kindergarteners enjoyed their first visit to the outdoor classroom in the school forest.



Third graders used engineering and teamwork to build the tallest possible tower in thirty minutes using only paper, scissors, and tape. We tested each tower and all of them held a roll of tape for a minute. Well done young engineers!
