On Wednesday, our first and second graders enjoyed a day of fun and learning at The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens in Boothbay.
Our seventh graders took to the stage at the Waldo Theatre on Monday to share their completely original play, "The Totally Tubular, Amazing Adventures of Penny, Peabody, and Sherman," with 5th and 6th grade students, friends, and family. Using inspiration from social studies class and the adventures of Mr. Peabody and Sherman, students worked closely with Laura Morris and Mia Branco of the Waldo Theatre on every aspect of the production, from imagining a plot and setting to writing the script and designing costumes. GO LIONS!
