We had an amazing full week at NCS! Next week, on Friday, we will celebrate our 100th day of learning at school. I wanted to express that each and every day that we have had at NCS is truly incredible; we have amazing staff and students! Please know that we have a very active and well-used food bank that can be accessed by calling myself or Ms. Melvin here at school.
Congratulations to our students who won the battle of the books at Lincoln Academy today! Way to go, Lions! Have a great weekend. Go Pats!

The NCS Lions were victorious Friday at Lincoln Academy in the great Maine book tournament. They won first place, competing against six teams from AOS 93 and beyond. Teams included Great Salt Bay School, Jefferson Village School, Bristol Consolidated School, and South Bristol School. NCS will go on to compete at the state level soon. Go, Lions!

Eighth-grade students enjoyed a visit to Bath Regional Career and Technical Center a couple of Fridays ago. While there with other eighth-grade students from across the AOS, they learned about a variety of programs, including cosmetology, human health, welding, and more.

Students in grades 5–8 are getting ready for their production of Tangled at the Waldo Theatre. Thank you to the NPTO, Evan Pothier, and Meredith Blakesley for their generous donations, which helped make this production possible. Tangled will be performed on Thursday, April 16, at 6:00 p.m. Don’t miss it!

Congratulations to our winter sports teams on an amazing season!
Their grit, teamwork, and school spirit were on full display all winter long.
Win or lose, our athletes showed us exactly what it means to be an NCS Lion. We’re proud of you!
