Toboggan races are cool, but they're even cooler when you're racing on a toboggan you made yourself in class! The CAL students have been working on their toboggan for several weeks and took to the chute this weekend in the US National Toboggan Championships in Camden. Their time of 11.77 seconds was about 1 second behind the fastest student team from Bridgewater, ME. Congrats to the CAL students for all their hard work!
